Cook EFZ on an hourly wage (m/f/d) as a Jumper
In our gastronomy businesses in Lucerne (production kitchen/bistro EssWerk, seminar hotel Romerohaus) and Emmenbrücke (Viscosistadt with Nylon 7, kiosk HSLU D&K, and the event and catering business) we offer around 85 jobs for employees with a mental disability. Our customers are our own businesses as well as external clients.
To support our teams, we are looking for a
You look forward to the following tasks
- Deployment as a "Jumper" at our three gastronomy locations in Lucerne/Emmenbrücke: production kitchen/bistro EssWerk, seminar hotel Romerohaus, Viscosistadt
- Participation in the operational processes in the kitchen
- Co-responsibility for the well-being and care of our guests, together with the team
- Participation in cleaning and logistics
With this profile, you are exactly right with us
- Cooking is your passion!
- Completed basic training as a cook EFZ as well as several years of professional experience
- Customer-oriented way of working and high quality and service awareness
- Good PC user skills, very good oral and written expression in German
- Team player who highly values guest contact
- Experience in caring for people with mental disabilities is a plus
