We are looking for immediately or by arrangement a 

Project Manager Technical Development (m/f) 100%

You take project responsibility from idea to series maturity, are responsible for coordination and resource planning, and work closely with internal contacts in departments such as sales, design, toolmaking, production, and quality management for this purpose. Monitoring deadlines and cost targets and procuring the necessary materials and products for ongoing projects are part of your tasks, as is your support with technical questions during the sales process. Your field of activity is rounded off by actively participating in process optimizations, creating documentation, and reporting tasks. Depending on suitability and further training, the area of responsibility can be expanded.

Your tasks: 

• Planning and management of customer and internal company projects, from idea to handover to production
• Coordination of the interdisciplinary project team
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Monitoring and controlling project goals and reporting to superiors
• Solution-oriented handling of challenges and problems
• Maintenance of product and project-specific master data
• Ensuring project documentation according to specifications and its archiving
• Participation in the continuous improvement of workflows and processes

Your profile:

• EFZ training as a designer, polymechanic, plastics technologist, or similar
• Corresponding further education at HF or FH level in the technical field
• Experience in managing complex projects in a manufacturing company
• Monitoring and controlling project goals and reporting to superiors
• Knowledge in project management under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking ability
• Independent and structured working style
• Languages: German very good / English good knowledge / French advantageous
• Good handling of MS Office 
• ERP knowledge (SAP)
• Interdisciplinary skills, strong communication, analytical and entrepreneurial approach, pronounced quality awareness
