Your tasks with us are:
- You conduct telephone conversations with our bank customers and assess their individual financial needs and goals.
- You specifically address suitable offers and forward the contact to a customer advisor.
- You document the conversations in a structured and reliable manner in the system.
- You actively contribute to the further development of the pilot project - with your feedback, your experiences, and your ideas.
- You work closely with your team and colleagues in market and segment management and sales.
- This position is initially limited from November for 3 to 6 months. There is the possibility of permanent employment.
Your Team
You are part of a small, specialized team with 2–3 colleagues in the "Market and Segment Management" department. We work together to test, reflect on, and improve new approaches in sales. We maintain an open, solution-oriented collaboration – with short paths, clear goals, and mutual support.

Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, preferably at a bank or financial service provider
- Initial experience in telephone customer consulting
- Interest in financial topics
- Good comprehension, initiative, and reliability
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
