For our locations in Lindau or Ulm, we are immediately looking for a responsible Construction Bid Manager (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
- Taking over and organizing the entire bidding process for sales, including ensuring the quality and timeliness of all internal and external contributions
- Formulating clear task packages for internal and external service providers
- Obtaining offers from suppliers and service providers in coordination with the calculation based on prepared specifications
- Evaluating offers regarding completeness and goal achievement as well as forwarding to the calculation department
- Preparing, explaining, and handing over the bid documents to sales as well as supporting customer presentations on site
Your Profile
- A completed technical or commercial degree or an equivalent qualification, such as training as a real estate agent or a degree in business administration (BWL) or civil engineering (structural engineering)
- Extensive technical know-how in structural engineering as well as ideally experience in timber construction and the ability to develop innovative and holistic solutions
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a strategic view of the market and customers
- High initiative and willingness to perform as well as the ability to identify improvement potentials and actively contribute knowledge to the team
- Strong social skills, teamwork, and open, fair communication as well as a flexible and team-oriented working style
