What you can achieve:

- You analyse the needs of our customers and are their competent contact person regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of our open dispensing systems
- You ensure the professional installation as well as the flawless maintenance of the systems - from cleaning to servicing to repairs
- You plan and coordinate service deployments independently and coordinate these directly with our gastronomy customers as well as external partners (e.g. external farmers or electricians)
- You advise and instruct customer staff in handling the systems, thus contributing to smooth operation
- You take on occasional on-call duties and reliably and efficiently resolve malfunctions
- You independently and digitally complete administrative tasks such as reporting in our recording tool
- You recognise additional needs of our customers and advise them on supplementary services such as gas warning devices or electrical appliance inspections

Your backpack: 

- You have a basic technical education - ideally in the sanitary or electrical field - and bring manual skills
- Professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage
- Residence in the catchment area as well as a valid category B driving licence are mandatory
- Handling technical aids such as tablets or smartphones is natural for you
- You convince with organisational talent, an independent working style, and good communication skills
- You communicate fluently in German; any additional language is a plus
