About the job
What you bring
- Training as a social pedagogue with a certificate as a practical trainer (or interest in completing the course/CAS)
- Interest in supporting young people and adults in training processes
- Ideally experience in accompanying and caring for people with severe disabilities
- Flexibility, resilience, patience, an independent and responsible way of working as well as good communication skills
- Good administrative knowledge and IT user skills
- Willingness for dual mandates as practical trainer and vocational trainer
What to expect
- Support of several students and trainees
- Independent work planning
- Responsibility for planning and conducting learning and practical discussions as well as joint care services with the trainees
- Responsibility for conveying practical learning content to the trainees
- Collaboration in the training team of 22 vocational and practical trainers
- Activity in the residential area with the trainees and responsibility for the people entrusted to you

For over 50 years, the SSBL Foundation for self-determined and supported living has been accompanying and caring for people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. We rely on 850 employees with commitment and the highest professional standards and train over 90 apprentices in various professions. Our vocational and practical trainers are integrated across departments in a training team.
