Tasks:
- develops, based on the directives issued by the Director of CARL, a social-educational-rehabilitative development plan for the residents for whom they act as a reference figure
- implements the necessary interventions and strategies to adequately manage the behavioral disorders of the residents of the Center and the protected apartments connected to it, while promoting their autonomy and psycho-physical well-being
- participates in all rehabilitative, social and professional integration activities essential to make the objectives established by each individual's development plan operational
- involves the family members or their representatives, as well as internal and external operators involved in care, in the rehabilitative and socio-educational development plan of the residents
- executes and ensures medical prescriptions and therapeutic interventions authorized by their specific training or particular instruction received and verified by direct superiors
- collaborates with social-health schools in the training of students respecting the internship objectives
Requirements:
- nurse diploma with specialty (mental health) (salary class 5) or Bachelor in nursing or Nurse diploma in general care with recognition issued by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) (salary class 4) with registration in the national health professions register GesReg/NAREG:
- experience in the psychiatric field
- ability to work in a team, critical thinking, creativity, proactive attitude, flexibility, empathy and relational skills
- knowledge of the territory and experience in the national health system
- perfect knowledge of the Italian language and knowledge of another official language and/or English

- employment rate: full-time or part-time; candidates are invited to indicate the desired percentage in their application

- for holders of a Bachelor in nursing or a Nurse diploma in general care: obligation to specialize in mental health at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI) within 4 years of hiring according to the regulations and directives in force at the time of enrollment in the training path (DAS course fee covered by the Cantonal Sociopsychiatric Organization (OSC) while the exam fee is borne by the employee). During this period, the hiring will be in the form of an assignment (art. 15 and 16 LORD) convertible into appointment upon obtaining the title; failure to obtain it will result in the definitive termination of the employment relationship
