You can make a difference
- You will act as a member of the management team of the Medical Polyclinic in organizational, personnel, and professional matters
- You will actively shape processes in outpatient operations and drive their further development towards modern, efficient care
- You will lead and promote a dedicated interprofessional team and work closely with the management
- You will participate in daily outpatient patient care as well as in specialized consultations and ensure high-quality patient care
- You will take responsibility in representing the management in their absence and actively participate in strategic and operational meetings
What you bring
- Completed training in the medical or nursing field, supplemented by further education in a relevant specialty (e.g., nursing expertise, medical practice management, or similar)
- Solid leadership experience in outpatient healthcare, ideally within a hospital setting
- Strong leadership skills, communication skills, and very good organizational abilities
- High willingness to take responsibility and a team-oriented working style
- Enthusiasm for interprofessional collaboration and interest in co-designing and further developing innovative care models
