Your contribution?
- Continuous monitoring of the plant, operation and adjustment of the large plant as well as independently monitoring/setting process & quality-critical parameters
- Achieving the specified production plan (from liquid mass to palletized finished goods)
- Preserving the value of the large plant through professional maintenance and assistance with maintenance and revision work
- Leading the DMS1 at the end of the shift and reporting relevant measurement data at the DMS 2
- Recording and entering production figures into various systems
- Compliance with applicable safety & quality regulations
What do you need to bring?
- Completed vocational training in the food sector or technical vocational training with food experience
- Good technical understanding of partly complex process flows
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German language skills (level B2)
- Experience in production operations
- Willingness to work shifts (2 to 5 shifts)
- Reliable, innovative, honest, high willingness to learn
- Loss-oriented thinking and great interest in continuous improvement, as well as new technologies
