- Fluent in German and English, with additional languages a plus.

Lucerne Festival is distinguished by innovative programming, the presentation of world-renowned orchestras, conductors, and soloists, the integration of contemporary music, and the promotion of young artists.
For creative collaboration at Lucerne Festival, we are looking for an
INTERN - ARTISTIC OPERATIONS OFFICE Lucerne Festival Academy March-June 60%, July-September 100%
YOUR TASKS: YOUR PROFILE:
- Festival preparations and support in daily business, orchestra management of the Academy
- Prepare, scan, copy, and manage sheet music
- Support in travel management
- Host family management / care
- General administrative tasks (correspondence, contracts, shipping)
- Research work on the internet
- Co-supervision of musicians, coaches, and host families
- Co-supervision of concert events, masterclasses, and events
Your profile:
- Interest in classical or contemporary music, ideally with your own musical background
- Experience in organizing and conducting events
- Teamwork, personal responsibility, resilience, and commitment (weekend and evening shifts during the festival)
- Independent, structured work and routine handling of MS Office, interest in new planning systems (software)
- German (business fluent) and English (very good knowledge) spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
