Your Tasks
- Implementation of planned psychiatric and somatic nursing measures
- Nursing planning and management of nursing processes
- Support of patients (m/f/d) in structuring their daily routine
- Maintenance and promotion of patients' (m/f/d) independence
- Participation in nursing-therapeutically designed group offers
- Attendance at team meetings, ward rounds, and group therapies
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in health and nursing care, pediatric nursing, elderly care, or curative education
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients is desirable
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Strong social and communication skills
- Flexibility, initiative, and commitment
- Confident handling of IT programs, ideally experience with SAP ISH-med
- An appreciative basic attitude
