To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Hochdorf LU, we are looking for a

Employee Sales Support 80-100%

Your tasks consist of:

• Supporting our sales team at the Hochdorf location
• Processing offers, orders, and tenders in the field of wood and metal furniture
• Maintaining master data in our ERP/CRM (Abacus)
• Advising our customers by phone on furniture products and options
• Contact person for specialist dealers in everyday administrative matters
• Customer contact point for complaints and service questions and responsibility for customer service

You are:

• an independent, team-oriented, and quality-conscious personality
• ready to familiarize yourself with our extensive product range

You have:

• a completed technical or commercial basic education EFZ
• enjoy daily contact with our customers and employees in the furniture industry
• good IT skills (ERP/CRM Abacus, MS Office), ideally related to industry/technology
• some initial experience in project and tender business
• very good German skills, good French skills desirable
• an efficient and careful working style and good organizational skills
