Team teaching in a mixed-age 1st/2nd grade class
Support for individual children and small groups in lessons
Co-design and implementation of teaching sequences
Promotion of basic skills in cycle 1
Close cooperation with the class teacher
Participation in support planning and exchange with specialists
Support in class management and learning organization
Requirements
Teaching diploma for primary level or in training
Experience or interest in cycle 1
Enjoyment of working with younger children
Teamwork skills and cooperative working style
Patience, empathy, and clear communication
Flexibility and reliability
