To complete our team of medical secretariats and outpatient clinics at the Locarno Regional Hospital, Carità is looking for a

Medical Practice Assistant (60-70%)

Profile:

The person we want to meet is flexible and can quickly adapt to different situations. Friendly and sociable, they demonstrate a strong proactive attitude. In addition to independently managing delegated medical acts, they have a good command of the main secretarial tasks (patient reception, drafting medical reports, billing, appointment management). The ideal candidate is particularly sensitive to understanding the needs of users and believes, like us, in the importance of putting the patient at the center of our attention. They also understand the importance of confidentiality and professional secrecy.

Necessary requirements:

• Federal certificate of capacity as Medical Practice Assistant;
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) and typing skills;
• Native Italian speaker and good oral knowledge of German.
