Work location: please note that we are looking for two senior access control technicians: one for our Plan-les-Ouates (GE) site and the other can be based in St‑Blaise (NE), Corminboeuf (FR) or Renens (VD).

Your new tasks

• Train and support technical teams (prepare materials, commissioning of access control installations)
• Support sales teams in developing major concepts during the pre-sales phase
• Contribute to maintenance, repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting of installations (ensuring on-call service as well as compliance with quality and occupational safety guidelines)
• Conduct proofs of concept on new security technologies
• Perform administrative tasks such as intervention reports, in accordance with quality and safety processes
• Advise, assist, and support clients throughout their projects

Your talents and experience

• Technical training: electrician, automation technician, telematics technician or equivalent qualification
• Excellent mastery of access control systems and associated technologies (badges, biometrics, etc.)
• Strong understanding of IT and network environments (servers, switches, etc.)
• Strong sense of quality, customer orientation, and results
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and communicative by nature
• Native French speaker, ideally with good knowledge of a second language (German or English)
