- Opening new items and maintaining corresponding data records in SAP
- Creating bills of materials according to the CMM manual
- Scheduling all relevant spare parts in collaboration with the AVOR staff
- Compiling material requirements and opening the corresponding requisition in SAP
- Logistical clarifications regarding maintenance and repairs
- Incoming goods inspection (quality assurance)
- Creating and processing work plans and workshop orders
What you bring with you
- Technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic), ideally with further training as a process specialist / technical merchant
- Professional experience in aviation is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and forward-looking way of working
- Reliable, communicative personality with a networked way of thinking
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word) as well as SAP knowledge
- Fluent German and solid English skills (B1)
