Due to our high quality standards, we only sell new and tested products. Therefore, the following conditions apply for returns. Requirements for returns The item is

unused
in original packaging
complete
functional
all accessories including assembly instructions, diagrams, and operating instructions are included
a copy of the delivery note or invoice is included
We do not accept unpackaged items back due to the risk of surface damage.
Items specially ordered for you are only accepted back after prior consultation with the

supplier. The amount of the credit is according to the supplier.

Special designs and custom-made products are not accepted back.
Sample orders will be charged if they are not returned in original packaging and in perfect

condition.
Reduction of credit

Goods value under CHF 20.- will not be credited.
Items in labeled, glued, or damaged original packaging will not be credited. If the above-mentioned requirements for returns are not met, we will deduct an amount at our discretion. For returns of stock goods in perfect saleable condition, the following deductions apply to the invoiced amount:
up to 2 months after invoicing 20 %
up to 3 months after invoicing 30 %
up to 6 months after invoicing 50 %
after 6 months no refund is possible
