Teamleader Assembly

For our Weighing & Instrument Components (MTWIC) division, which is leading in the industrialization and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, MFR force sensor terminals, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a committed personality as Teamleader Assembly 100% (all genders) at the Nänikon/Greifensee location. In this role, you take responsibility for the operational and personnel management of an assembly team and ensure smooth processes in production. In this function, you will perform the following tasks: You ensure the timely processing of assembly orders and actively work on the line. You guarantee quality standards and resolve disruptions in first-level support. You identify optimization potentials and implement improvements (CIP, Lean, 5S). You accompany R&D trials and support the industrialization of new products. You implement product changes and instruct your team based on work instructions. You train employees and ensure compliance with regulations. You conduct daily shop-floor meetings (SFM) and plan personnel as well as capacities. You take over the professional and personnel management including coaching, recruitment, and escalation discussions.
