The Wysshölzli Clinic is a leading psychiatric and psychotherapeutic specialty clinic for women with addiction disorders and eating disorders. Our location in Oberaargau, Canton of Bern, in a quiet area convinces with beautiful nature and proximity to Bern and Olten. The clinic offers 37 inpatient treatment places and an outpatient clinic. Referrals come from all cantons of German-speaking Switzerland, and the patients enter as planned. We are looking for an agreement for a Health Specialist EFZ 80 - 100 % Your tasks
- disease-specific and general nursing tasks (including meal accompaniment, blood sampling, wound care, medication administration, urine checks) including documentation and performance recording

if suitable, case management in collaboration with the responsible psychologist possible
responsibility for ordering and for administrative tasks, such as admission and

discharge preparations

visit planning and visit accompaniment
accompaniment of the cooking group
accompaniment, observation, and assessment of the treatment process
crisis management involving the qualified nursing staff
interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration Your profile
completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
experience in the treatment of mental illnesses is an advantage
well organized, self-initiated, responsible, and resilient
joy in the profession and empathy in dealing with patients
