Class and annual salary (including 13th month):
6 68'456.-- / 107'475.--
Tasks:
- designs and implements individual and group educational interventions in accordance with the charter of values and the OSC care concept
- in collaboration with the team, regularly completes the clinical documentation of the patients he/she follows
- contributes to clinical reflection and the definition of the care project and guarantees the continuity of the defined educational projects and maintains contact with the nurse responsible for the patients followed
- identifies activities aimed at promoting reintegration into the social fabric, in collaboration with the network and socialization agencies
- keeps updated and actively participates in training events that contribute to the evolution of his/her role
- actively collaborates with the various internal and external OSC teams using a cooperative, assertive approach aimed at mediation and conflict resolution
Requirements:
- SUP social worker diploma (option: educator) or equivalent qualification
- if holding a foreign qualification, recognition by SEFRI (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation)
- previous experience in the child field in psychological and psychiatric areas
- availability and motivation for multidisciplinary team work
- aptitude and motivation to work with children and adolescents
- aptitude for teamwork
- knowledge of the territory, institutions, and the social-health network of the Canton Ticino
- perfect command of the Italian language and good knowledge of another official language, spoken and written
Special remarks:
- employment rate: 80%

- availability of the candidate to work irregular hours and shifts (holidays and nights)
- start date: 01.12.2025 or date to be agreed

Employment conditions:
