As a cashier, you warmly welcome our customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

To strengthen our team at the PKZ WOMEN branch in Bern, we are looking for a committed individual as a Cashier 20% (hourly wage basis) starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

• Your work will mainly take place on Wednesdays and Fridays
• During holiday periods, there is the possibility to take on additional shifts
• Support at seasonal evening events (approx. 4 times per season from 18:00 to 22:00)
• Warm welcome and care of our customers
• Independent operation of the cash register and archiving of cash receipts
• Responsibility for all cash register transactions
• Management of returns, exchanges and customer orders as well as handling complaints
• Use of the CRM system to maintain and develop customer relationships
• Support for our fashion consultants on the sales floor if needed

• Ideally, you are studying or looking for a regular part-time job with fixed working days
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Reliable, flexible and team-oriented personality
• Independent and precise way of working
• Very good German and French skills; Swiss German and English are an advantage
