Your tasks:
Telephone qualification of our prospects and organization of property valuation appointments
Management of potential buyers (qualification, organization of visits, post-visit feedback, information on properties in coordination with our Brokers)
Seller management, follow-up and technical support on the Neho Platform
Administrative support (sending contracts, invoices, and other necessary documents)
Collaboration with Product teams for the development of new tools and improvement of existing tools
Participation in improving prospecting strategies

Job prerequisites
Your profile:
You have initial experience in customer consulting
Comfortable on the phone, you love client contact and demonstrate excellent sales and negotiation skills
Native French speaker, you have a good knowledge of English, German is a great asset
Good organization and proactive mindset, you take initiatives and anticipate needs.
Autonomous and efficient work, you achieve your goals while ensuring quality.
Initial practical experience in real estate is an advantage
