We are looking for a committed, technically skilled individual with enthusiasm for construction, coordination, and implementation to collaborate on demanding projects in execution planning and construction management.
We are a landscape architecture office based in Meilen and work on projects of varying sizes and complexities – from gardens to comprehensive open space designs. The focus of this position is clearly in the implementation phase.
Your tasks
Execution planning & preparation
- Cost estimation and quantity surveys
- Support in project planning with a focus on feasibility
- Evaluation of offers and obtaining contractor quotes
- Execution and detailed planning
- Technical clarification of constructions, materials, and details
Construction management & project management execution
- Project management during the execution phase
- Coordination of contractors, specialist planners, and other stakeholders
- Scheduling and process planning
- Organization, leadership, and minute-taking of construction meetings
- Ongoing contact with clients
- Monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines
- Planning and implementation of green space concepts
Your profile
- Training as a garden and landscape construction technician, landscape architect, or equivalent
- Strong technical and constructive understanding
- Experience in execution planning and/or construction management is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of responsibility, coordination, and decision-making
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident use of common software (Vectorworks, MS Office, Delta Devi or similar)
