We are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a

MPA/Medical Secretary Secretariat Clinic General and Visceral Surgery as well as Obesity Centre 80-100%

• You plan and organise surgical consultations
• You coordinate telephone calls with patients as well as referring doctors and provide competent information
• You support patient care in the surgical outpatient clinic (minor procedures, oscillographies, consultation assistance, PTNS, instructions)
• You take on administrative and organisational tasks, including handling mail and emails, data maintenance in IT systems, processing insurance enquiries, as well as controlling and report dispatch

• You have completed basic training as an MPA, medical secretary, or FaGe
• You are a service-oriented and empathetic personality and impress with confident handling of IT systems, MS Office, and Outlook
• You have fluent German skills in spoken and written form; good oral English skills are a plus
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations, set priorities correctly, and work independently and with quality awareness

• You work in an open-minded and collegial team with varied tasks
