Your tasks

Responsible for the safety and well-being of 62 adult residents with a mental impairment in their family environment
Close cooperation with the day team to implement individually developed care concepts
Carrying out care and housekeeping tasks, including preparing and checking medications
Conducting rounds between the residential groups

Your profile

A completed vocational training in psychiatry or social pedagogy or an equivalent qualification with expertise in medication administration
Professional and life experience, preferably in the field of people with mental impairments
You can keep a cool head in challenging situations and make considered decisions
A strong sense of humor, empathy, and the ability to work independently and alone
Physical and mental suitability for night work
Willingness to work irregular hours according to the duty roster
A valid category B driving license is mandatory to carry out the nightly rounds between the residential groups
