For our residential area, we are looking for the usually quiet on-site shift from 01.07.2026 a
Your tasks
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of 62 adult residents with a mental impairment in their family environment
- Close cooperation with the day team to implement individually developed care concepts
- Carrying out care and housekeeping tasks, including preparing and checking medications
- Conducting rounds between the residential groups
Your profile
- A completed vocational training in psychiatry or social pedagogy or an equivalent qualification with expertise in medication administration
- Professional and life experience, preferably in the field of people with mental impairments
- You can keep a cool head in challenging situations and make considered decisions
- A strong sense of humor, empathy, and the ability to work independently and alone
- Physical and mental suitability for night work
- Willingness to work irregular hours according to the duty roster
- A valid category B driving license is mandatory to carry out the nightly rounds between the residential groups
