You know how to motivate your team together with the Banquet Chef and ensure consistent, high-quality standards in this outlet. In doing so, you support him in creating the product offerings and situational planning, purchasing, and production.

Further tasks:

• Development and implementation of the entire service and product offerings in the banquet kitchen area
• Overall banquet kitchen organization and leadership in the absence of the Banquet Chef
• Active cooking and taking over individual stations as needed
• Maintenance and care of kitchen machines

As a trained cook with several years of professional and leadership experience, you have solid expertise. You bring the corresponding training and performance certificates, preferably from leading establishments in gastronomy and/or hospitality. Your goal- and success-oriented working style as well as your clear way of communicating distinguish you. You are an active role model for your employees, trainees, and interns. An organizationally strong and team-oriented personality rounds off your profile.
