in the field of Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions.

Do you have above-average academic qualifications, the Swiss bar admission, preferably two to three years of professional experience in corporate law/M&A, very good knowledge of German and English, and enjoy intellectually challenging, practice-oriented work? Do you also have experience in managing mandates and working with international clients?
