HR Generalist (m/f/d) 80%

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed personality as an HR Generalist for the location Aarau starting August 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the entire recruitment process from needs assessment to hiring decision
- You create and publish job postings, conduct pre-selection, and independently conduct interviews in close cooperation with line managers
- You act as a competent advisor and contact person for line managers and employees on administrative matters and recruitment
- You ensure the smooth administrative handling of all onboarding and offboarding processes in HR including data maintenance in SAP, contract creation, references, correspondence, etc.
- You take on administrative and organizational tasks in occupational health management and absence management
- You work closely with the HR Business Partners and support them in all administrative matters
Your profile
- Solid HR training, e.g. HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification as well as commercial vocational training
- Proven professional experience in internal company recruitment and HR administration
- You enjoy administrative and organizational tasks and have negotiation skills as well as excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proactive, independent, and flexible personality with high social and advisory competence as well as precise and efficient working style
- Networked thinking as well as pronounced quality and sense of responsibility
- You have very good MS Office user skills and flawless German language skills
