What you will do with us:
- You care for and support clients at home - friendly and professional.
- You coordinate the care planning.
- You work closely with other nursing professionals in a team.
What you bring:
- You have completed vocational training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH. This is important because you mostly work independently.
- You work independently, responsibly, and organized.
- You have high professional and social competence.
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- You have a category B driving license (company car available).
