Your tasks
You take on a versatile role within the Technical Service team. In this varied function, you are responsible for the professional, efficient, and customer-oriented maintenance, repair, and cleaning of the products of our demanding clientele. You support and advise customers on-site as well as by phone and distinguish yourself through your service-oriented flair.
Inspection, maintenance, and servicing of medical technology devices
Implementation of legal regulations (MepV)
Carrying out repair orders
Assembly and commissioning of medical devices
On-site customer support (nursing homes, hospitals)
Telephone customer support and advice
You are an independent personality with initiative, a strong sense of organization, and a structured way of working. Your flexibility as well as your networked thinking help you in carrying out the versatile range of tasks.
