- Operate and monitor automatic straightening machines and fully automatic grinding lines to ensure efficient and qualitive production of the parts.
- Adjust and change of grinding belts and cutting tools.
- Preparing grinding belts.
- Visual quality control after the grinding process to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of grinding line machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections.
- Other duties as required.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in operating automatic lines or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Associate’s degree or Trade School preferred.
