We are looking for a humorous, flexible, and motivated Deputy Team Leader Bakery for our production team, starting immediately or by arrangement.

The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected jobs and daily structures. The employees are guided in their work by 150 specialists.
Your diverse tasks
- Leading all positions in the bakery in the absence of the supervisor
- Independently managing all positions in the bakery
- Ensuring qualitative, quantitative, and timely production
- Willingness to work in various shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts) including weekends
- Ongoing control and monitoring of profitability
- Adhering to and continuously improving our quality standards
- Supporting, accompanying, and promoting our employees in a protected environment during work execution
- Adhering to and implementing hygiene regulations
What you bring
- Experience as a baker - pastry chef or as a cook
- First leadership experience desired
- Quick comprehension and good professional knowledge
- You are an entrepreneurial thinker and a loyal person
- Experience in team leadership and enjoyment in dealing with people with disabilities.
- Flexibility, resilience, tolerance, and a pronounced sense of order and cleanliness
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Impeccable character
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:45 PM.
