Our "Property & Buildings" division, wishing to continue developing its "Envelope" unit, is looking for a new team member based in Lausanne:

Project Manager (Senior) Façade Engineer 80-100%

In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our company’s core values: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, innovation spirit, and friendliness.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

• Technical management of façade projects from design with architects to project completion (establishing technical details, submissions, monitoring, etc.);
• Development of façade details with implementation variants and optimizations;
• Collaboration and coordination with building physics colleagues for the design and calculation of optimized overall solutions;
• Participation in design and execution projects for envelope renovation;
• Collaboration in envelope expertise missions;
• Participation in the preparation of fee proposals;
• Participation in the company’s business development and close collaboration with the building physics and construction management departments.

COULD IT BE YOU?

• Degree as HES/EPF engineer in metal construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent;
• Proven experience in aluminum-glass façades or building envelope;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, LogiKal, RFEM, Flixo, SolidWorks software;
• Knowledge of SIA standards and materials (aluminum, glass, steel, wood);
• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility;
• Fluency in French is essential; German or English is an asset.
