Who are we?
Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 180 living spaces available in different settings. Furthermore, we offer protected workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured.
At the Münsterlingen location, we are looking for a creative professional who accompanies clients with psychological impairments in various everyday situations in our residential groups P1, P2, and P3.

What you can achieve
- Accompanying clients in their group organization and daily structure in terms of participation
- Accompanying and supporting external appointments, leisure activities, and holidays
- Coordinating and supporting clients in their practical life activities
- Carrying out participation documentation with the involvement of clients
- Promoting the stability and autonomy of clients
- Participation in reports, team meetings, and supervision
What distinguishes you for this
- Completed training in social pedagogy or nursing (EFZ/HF/FH)
- Experience working with psychologically impaired people
- High personal responsibility, initiative, and an independent working style in designing individual everyday support
- Resource- and participation-oriented attitude
- Driver's license category B desirable
