Your Tasks
- Carrying out professional, holistic, and responsible care and support of our geriatric patients
- Independent and responsible execution and monitoring of basic and treatment care within the care process with a focus on therapeutic-activating care of patients
- Constructive collaboration in shaping the work area and in change processes
- Communication, consultation, and support with and for patients as well as relatives
- A broad, interesting range of tasks with design and development potential in a multidisciplinary team
- Working according to a geriatric treatment concept in an interdisciplinary team
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed vocational training as a health and nursing nurse/geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- High nursing and social competence as well as enjoyment in dealing with and caring for people characterize you
- Team orientation and ability to cooperate are natural for you
- You have the ability to work independently, organized, interdisciplinary, and sustainably as well as the willingness for continuous professional development
