For the specialized mandate management of highly contentious post-separation conflicts in the districts of Bülach and Dielsdorf, we are looking for a very experienced
Social Worker 80%
with the following tasks:
* Child-centered, solution-oriented counseling of parents in highly contentious separation conflicts
* Support for parents in implementing custody and contact rights, especially
in cases of officially ordered child protection measures
You will work closely with the involved authorities (KESB, district court) and are willing to organize your workplace flexibly and conduct consultations physically in one of the four kjz centers (Bülach, Dielsdorf, Kloten, Regensdorf) and/or online.
For this highly demanding task, we are looking for a very experienced and resilient personality with
- University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work
- Additional qualifications in coaching,
- Conflict management and/or mediation
- Several years of professional experience in highly stressful and
- conflict-ridden settings
- Resilience, mediation and
- communication skills
- Passion for social work and child protection
