What you bring to the table

Experience in à la carte service, ideally also at the bar

Italia is an uncomplicated Osteria with over 20 years of tradition in Zurich, known for the "Cucina della Mamma".
We distribute shifts fairly so that everyone on the team has the chance for free weekends. Saturday noon and the entire Sunday are our rest days - time to recharge.
