Sales & Marketing Assistant Neuromodulation Switzerland

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you support the National Sales Manager CH as well as the Swiss sales team through comprehensive administrative and organizational tasks. You contribute significantly to the efficiency and professionalism of the department and ensure that all processes run smoothly and in compliance with regulations.
Your tasks:
Support of the National Sales Manager CH:
- Calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Organization of national and international travel
- Creation of correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and payment requests
- Processing incoming communication (mail, phone, visitors) and prioritization
- Organization of meetings including hotel, transport, and catering logistics
- Planning and conducting teleconferences, meetings, and events
Support of the sales team:
- Organization and logistics of congresses and customer trainings
- Obtaining price quotes, ordering, payment requests, and contract management
- Ensuring compliance with sponsorship and PSA guidelines
- Review and forwarding of invoices according to internal guidelines
- Travel organization for team members and HCPs according to Abbott guidelines
- Coordination of marketing projects and XIAM approvals
- Updating therapy knowledge and support during audits
- Tracking contracts and payments in cooperation with the finance department
General responsibilities:
- Confidential handling of sensitive information
- Flexible support of other departments as needed
- Effective communication with internal and external partners
- Clarification of decision-making authority for tasks outside the usual scope
Your profile:
- Completed training in secretarial work or comparable qualification
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a medical or scientific environment
- Very good German, French, and English skills; Italian is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and independent working style
- Customer-oriented thinking and solution-focused action
- Resilience, teamwork, and assertiveness
- High ethical standards and attention to detail
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in a multicultural work environment
