Customer Care Employee – Key Account Coordination 100% (m/f/d)
with a focus on Key Account Coordination – Location Dübendorf (CH)
As a Customer Care Employee focusing on Key Account Coordination, you are the central interface between our most important trading partners, internal departments, and our field sales team. You ensure that our key accounts are optimally supported, order and logistics processes run smoothly, and potentials for efficiency improvements are consistently utilized. With your organizational talent, service understanding, and strategic thinking, you significantly contribute to delighting our customers and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Your main tasks
- Independent support and development of our key accounts in the DACH region as the first point of contact
- Handling and management of the entire order process – from order entry through scheduling to delivery
- Maintenance of article and customer data in online systems as well as approval and management of order contracts
- Close cooperation with sales, field service, logistics, IT, and accounting to ensure a smooth order and payment process
- Creation of reports on sales, forecasts, and customer activities for management
- Active support in technical and sales-related questions as well as participation in the optimization of internal processes
Your profile
- Professional:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
- Experience in customer care, key account management, or internal sales – ideally in the bicycle industry or a similar environment.
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strategic thinking and high process affinity.
- Basic knowledge of ERP and PIM systems is an advantage.
- Technical understanding in the field of bicycles and e-bikes is an advantage.
- Languages:
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
- Good English skills to collaborate with international teams (e.g., IT, warehouse).
- Personal:
- Friendly, open, and service-oriented personality with pronounced team spirit.
- High resilience and calmness even in hectic situations.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Organizational talent with strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer interaction.
- Moderate willingness to travel within the DACH region.
