Your Tasks
- You take overall responsibility for the production processes of the Technology Unit Milling at the Biel site – ensuring everything runs smoothly: efficiently, seamlessly, and cost-optimized.
- With a strategic perspective, you plan and control all operational processes and identify potentials for improvements and sustainable growth early on.
- You ensure that all relevant processes from the division and the group are consistently implemented and lived in daily business.
- As an inspiring leader, you further develop your team, align it with best-practice standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- You manage resources purposefully and are responsible for investment projects that contribute to the long-term strengthening of our production capacities.
- In close cooperation with purchasing, product management, and sales, you implement the corporate strategy and actively drive it forward.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, production technology, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a leadership position in a production environment, ideally in the machine tool or manufacturing industry
- Solid know-how in strategic production control, process optimization, and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership skills and experience in change management
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
