This is where you get involved
- Support and guidance of nursing professionals and nursing teams in complex patient situations.
- Participation in the direct care and support of patients in the surgical clinics (visceral surgery, orthopedics, traumatology, urology, gynecology)
- Participation and independent conduct of further training
- Evidence-based development and updating of nursing concepts and action guidelines.
- Further development and support in the implementation of the nursing process
- Collaboration and contribution of nursing and other expertise to the nursing development and interdisciplinary care team
You
- have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- have at least 2 years of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital, mainly in a surgical, orthopedic, traumatology, or urology ward.
- hold a Master in Nursing Science (MScN) or are willing to obtain one
- are willing and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and working in a nursing development team that operates in the acute hospital and nursing center
- are an open, flexible, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality
