Your Tasks
- Conceptualization, establishment, and expansion of the Institutional Clients segment
- Development of a clear market presence and positioning
- Active outreach, support, and expansion of relationships with institutional clients (e.g., pension funds, foundations, asset managers)
- Collaboration with various departments to develop suitable solutions
- Representation of the bank externally as well as participation in trade fairs and networking events
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in institutional client or investment business
- Strategic thinking and the ability to build new things
- Initiative, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of design
- Connected thinking and pronounced market knowledge
- University degree in economics/finance or equivalent qualification; further education in finance (e.g., CFA, AZEK) is an advantage
