Barista 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You are a professional in the proper preparation of various coffee specialties on an espresso machine
- Your active participation in planning the beverage menu is required and you contribute your own creations
- You greatly enjoy conducting internal barista training sessions
- You ensure compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and quality requirements
- You support the service department when needed, because we are a team
Your profile
- You have at least one year of experience as a barista or more
- You possess in-depth knowledge of coffee and milk varieties, roasting methods, latte art, coffee storage, as well as the operation of coffee and espresso machines
- Fluent English skills are required for flawless communication
- You convince with pronounced hospitality qualities, a friendly and well-groomed appearance, as well as an independent and responsible way of working
