Your field of action
- Maintenance: you perform preventive maintenance and ensure corrective maintenance, while proposing sustainable improvements to optimize the reliability of the installations
- Troubleshooting: you diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical faults, work on various equipment (motors, PLCs, conveyors, pumps, compressors, etc.) and ensure up-to-date technical documentation
- Monitoring installations & continuous improvement: you carry out regular checks to optimize performance, propose and implement continuous improvement actions (LEAN), participate in modernization / energy efficiency projects, and ensure the updating and archiving of diagrams and technical plans
- Safety: you strictly apply the internal and external safety standards in force
- Operational coordination: you coordinate external service providers, promote effective collaboration with different departments to limit the impact of interventions, and take part in on-call duties (24/7 rotating shifts)
Your strengths
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automation technician, ideally complemented by a maintenance agent certificate, and you have solid foundations in electromechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation
- You master diagnostic tools and are able to identify and analyze faults in a structured manner
- You are comfortable reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical plans
- You have knowledge of CMMS and know how to use these tools to optimize maintenance
- Thanks to your interpersonal skills, you know how to collaborate effectively with different departments
- You master French orally and in writing, and have at least a B2 level in German or English
