The flower shop of the Terra Vecchia Foundation processes seasonal cut flowers into artistic bouquets and offers a large selection of potted plants. The florist team is inspired by the beauty of nature. People on the path to professional integration are involved in the work process.
We are looking for a
Florist 45%
for our flower shop in the Länggass district of Bern starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Co-responsible for the optimal inventory management and presentation of flowers and plants in the shop
- Creating seasonal bouquets, arrangements, and individual designs, as well as orders according to customer wishes
- Sale of crafted items, plants, and accessories
- Care of cut flowers and potted plants
- Serving and professional advising of our customers
- Integration of people with mental disabilities into the work processes
Your profile
- You have completed training as a florist EFZ and have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- You enjoy natural and playful floristry.
- Flexibility, an independent and proactive working style are among your strengths, as well as resilience and team orientation.
- You are a winning personality and communicate openly and directly.
- You are available two fixed working days per week and as a substitute during absences such as illness and vacation.
- Your profile is rounded off by basic IT skills.
