ICT System Specialist / ICT Application Manager 80-100%

With our team, you ensure the secure and reliable operation of our telephony and mobile devices. You complement the existing team and can immediately start working practically. You support our existing MDM platform and take responsibility for the existing mobile applications. You work on our telephony and alerting systems and become the contact person for larger projects and migrations. You ensure smooth operation and plan the further development of the services, in close collaboration with the other teams in IT, as well as the stakeholders in the hospital. As a secondary task, you support the service desk and, after careful training, also take on on-call duties (about three weeks per year). Updating and managing the necessary documentation is also part of your responsibilities.

Start immediately or by arrangement.

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent training with several years of experience
• Experience as a specialist in telephony/alerting (Unified Communications: OpenScape SBC, VoIP, DECT, XPhone, telecareIP, Ascom Unite)
• Experience in Mobile Device Management and support of Android apps
• Independent and reliable working style, flexible and communicative team player, fluent in German (spoken and written), English is an advantage
