Specialist Technician, Maintenance – Plastic Injection Molding

Your Task

You ensure the high availability of machines, equipment, and infrastructure in the plastic injection molding production, especially in the area of rotor manufacturing. Thanks to your experience, you recognize malfunctions early and act solution-oriented and independently.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring equipment availability in plastic parts manufacturing
• Supporting the rotor specialist and production teams with rotor-related issues
• Independent troubleshooting of machines, equipment, machines, and peripheral devices
• Assisting with maintenance work in other production areas or infrastructure
• Responsibility for maintenance and servicing projects including planning, execution, and documentation
• Co-responsibility for spare parts inventory and consumables
• Coordination, monitoring, and supervision of external service providers
• Participation in installation, commissioning, and equipment optimization projects
• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements (SUVA, internal guidelines)

Your Profile

You have solid experience in the maintenance of production equipment in the plastic injection molding environment. Knowledge of injection molding processes is essential to analyze malfunctions precisely and resolve them sustainably.

Your strength lies in analytical thinking and a systematic, solution-oriented approach. You work precisely, conscientiously, and with a high degree of personal responsibility. As an independent personality, you recognize tasks on your own initiative and implement them reliably – without needing every step to be specified.

You are a team player, flexible, and resilient (lifting loads up to 15 kg). Organizational talent and a sense of responsibility complete your profile.
German is mandatory, and you also master at least one other language (French or English).
A structured onboarding into the individual tasks is guaranteed.
