Workplace: Schmerikon (from 2027 in the new production facility in Neuhaus SG)
Area: Restaurant High-Tech (public staff restaurant) www.restaurant-high-tech.ch
Working hours: 06:00–15:00
Working days: 2 fixed days between Monday and Friday, mostly Saturday and Sunday off
Start date: by arrangement
Tasks
- Preparation of over 12 different take-away salads and additional salads for the buffet
- Cooking varied, innovative, and healthy lunch menus (daily 3 different daily menus)
- Preparation of soups, small snacks (Flying Dinner), and aperitifs
Requirements
- Completed EFZ training as a cook
- High quality awareness
- Strong social team behavior
- Reliable, responsible, and positive personality
- Hygienic and efficient working style
