Your Tasks
- Patient administration
- Execution of all administrative processes
- Management and organization of patient-related documents
- Interface for patients, as well as nursing staff and doctors
- Practice management
- General office and administrative tasks as well as billing
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Preferably professional experience in psychiatry, but not mandatory
- Experience in GOÄ billing, as well as in writing EKGs is desirable
- Strong social skills, as well as teamwork and flexibility
