Customer Service Specialist 50%
At the Customer Service Center Kreuzlingen, you are the face and voice of Thurbo – committed, solution-oriented and always with an open ear for our customers.
Together with your motivated team, you ensure a professional, warm and efficient customer service. Your working hours are scheduled during the day so that the opening hours of our customer service center are continuously covered.
Responsibilities
- You personally, by phone or in writing, receive customer concerns and quickly find suitable solutions – friendly, competent and service-oriented.
- You are the first contact person on the phone and act as the gateway for all Thurbo concerns.
- You handle cases of "travelers without a valid ticket (RogF)" and also take care of the financial processing.
- You welcome and assist visitors at the Thurbo headquarters.
- You represent Thurbo at external events and help to present our company in a likeable and competent manner.
- You actively contribute to departmental tasks.
- You participate in projects and actively shape improvements in customer service.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training.
- You are familiar with public transport – ideally you already have industry experience.
- You communicate confidently, clearly and empathetically – both orally and in writing.
- You have experience in direct customer contact and remain calm and friendly even in challenging situations.
- You are team-oriented, committed and take responsibility.
